Tutorial: wooden spool bracelet

I have had a package of mini wooden spools hanging on my projects to-do cork board for about two years and this past weekend I finally decided to come up with a use for them.

I made a colorful bracelet! It was quite simple to make, so I decided to share the love and create a tutorial!

* 10 mini wooden spools - found here online!
 * jewelry tools {you'll need a crimp squisher thingie and wire cutters}
* beads
* glossy Modge Podge
* small paint brush
* embroidery floss - you'll need 20 inches of thread per spool
* jewelry findings {see next picture}

You'll need the following jewelry findings.
I get my beading supplies at my local JoAnn Fabrics store but they can be purchased online too:

* 2 wire protectors {available at JoAnns but I couldn't find the link online}

And you're done!

The bracelet is super colorful and lightweight, too!

This is so cute! I have never seen such tiny wooden spools, I'm going to look for them in my craft shop ^^ I think just 1 spool on a necklace would be very cute as well.
