Nature Scavenger Hunt - printable download

My kids are alllll into nature and finding bugs and leaves and sticks and stones. So, before our latest camping trip, I created a Nature Scavenger Hunt for them. They had to find 16 different things around the campground park. They loved it. It was a bunch of fun trying to find each thing. And they were able to find all 16 things!

Here's my downloadable Nature Scavenger Hunt for you to print out for your own little nature explorer!

I've included the PDF of the scavenger hunt sheets below, however, feel free to email me at twostartwins{at}{gmail}{dot}{com} to request that the PDF be emailed to you directly. I'd be more than happy to email it to you.

For the Hunt, I filled draw-string backpacks with the following items:

~ the 2 printed scavenger hunt sheets printed on heavy cardstock ~
 ~ a clip board ~
~ a pencil tied to the clip board ~
~ an extra pencil and a pen in the backpack ~
~ 2 plastic zip lock baggies ~
~ a tiny glass jar with holes poked in the lid ~

You can do this hunt in your own backyard or a local park!

What fun! I plan to print out the sheets for them the next time we go camping so they can have a new adventure.

Love this. My grandkids are over and under this stage but I'm going to pin it and share it with my friends.
