I didn't realize that tonight was the "biggest party night of the year" because no one has to work tomorrow on Thanksgiving. I never partied on Wednesday night. I mean, I'm not much of a partier and have never been much of a partier - even in college - but you'd think I'd even at least hear about the parties going on. Hmmm. Is this a new thing? Or maybe I've been living under a rock?

Did I miss the memo?

it's true. tonight is the biggest bar night of the year. although i have no idea why. i never partied the night before turkey day -- even when i was young and fun (haha). i AM going out to dinner tonight...but not at a bar.
and really, why would you want to be hung over on the BEST food day of the year? :)
It is the biggest party night of the year because a lot of people head to their home town and meet up with old friends from high school for some drinks, also no work either
True story. When I was at the News Mess, we wrote a feature story on it every year - biggest party night and biggest pizza night.
It is the biggest bar night of the year and this year was no exception. Arnie's had a line a mile long - even Club Soda was packed - yeah, Soda! I hate being on the road because it's like New Years Eve - amateur night.
